Pre-school Classes

Fun Classes for Boys and Girls age 3 - 5 years

Classes run on a Saturday morning 9 am and 10 am

Recreation

To join the club we run a recreation class in place of the previous system of a waiting list.

The class is for any gymnast ages 5 - 12 years regardless of ability or experience. Girls are continually assessed by experienced

coaches to make sure they can reach their full potential, and progression into the club begins here. 

Classes run for 8 weeks for 1 hour a week at 10am on Sunday mornings.

To join the recreation class, enrollment is held 3 times per year in order to give as many girls as possible the chance to try the

sport, usually January, April and September.

 Please note:

Places in the Recreation Class are offered on a first come first served basis at the time of enrollment.

While we do try and get everyone in the class, there is a chance that we will be over subscribed. If this is the case we will keep your details and let you know if any places become available over the 8 weeks.  

Pre-Advanced

Our pre-advanced class is for 6 to 8 year olds who have enrolled in the recreation class, and entry is only by invitation after a 6-week trial.

We spend two years doing lots of conditioning, shaping, artistry, and basic skills before they are allowed to compete when they are 8. They are also able to participate in the annual club display and the club competition (as a practice).

This class trains on a Monday 5.00 pm-7.00 pm and a Thursday from 5.00pm - 7.00 pm.

 Intermediate

Our intermediate class is for girls aged 8 onwards. Girls compete regionally at Women’s Artistic competitions and participate in the annual club display. 

Entry to the class is by invitation from the pre-advanced and recreation/development class.  

Training times are Tuesday 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm and Thursday 6.00 pm - 9.00pm.

Advanced

Our advanced class is for girls aged 8 upwards. Girls compete regionally and nationally at Women’s Artistic competitions and participate in the annual club display. 

Entry to the class is by invitation from the pre-advanced, intermediate and/or recreation/development class.

As well as the Women's Artistic Classes we also have General Gymnastic Classes who work towards General Gymnastic Competitions.

Floor and Vault Squad

A Girls Squad age 8 - 16 who train on a Wednesday night for 1 1/2 hours.

Boys Squad

We have a boys squad who train on a Friday evening 4 pm - 6 pm
